This coffee from Chiapas Mexico, It's super smooth, super sweet and has the perfect acidity to really shine as an espresso or drip. Such a great performing coffee it needs nothing in the cup! It tastes like a buttery pastry with a sweet brown sugary filling. 

La Chilana is a woman owned farm run by Jenifer Christel Pohlenz Ernst that resides 1300-1400 meters above sea level.
