"I stumbled across these boots a year and a half ago at a flea market and they were a perfect fit. It was one of those kismet, meant-to-be moments. Shoes are typically on my no-go list for thrifting, but I couldn’t pass them up. This painting/print was my attempt to capture the magic of these shoes… I love thinking about the previous life they lived and where they went."
